Seventh choice:

#7: Blimey: A Page from a Book

Should books be published?

[This, despite a strong campaign from #1 (which, liar that I am, I also sent myself), was the winner. Thanks for your correspondence.]

7.1.08

What Did I Send Myself for the New Year? #1

Over the next fortnight or so I am going to post images of 'cards' I might or might not have sent myself on the occasion of the turn of the year. Through the mail. In truth, I only sent myself one thing. Which was it? Was it one of these?

Possibilities include: cards I made; cards I bought; things, just things, stamped or stuffed in envelopes; living things; art postal; last requests; insulting and illiterate phantasmagorias written in correcting pencil; naked mail; hate literature; or other missives from the grim, tubercular alleys.

First choice:

#1: A Death Threat

I encourage you, small-stakes bettors, to contact me by phone at all hours (ET) at 201.704.0318, or to e-mail me repeatedly at gordons@consumer-care.net, to confide your early intuitions.
